My rules are quite simple but I feel I must have them. Many graphic artists have either disappeared from the web or are now charging a fee for thier use. This is very limiting to those like myself who are on a budget in thier hobby of web design. Please respect my rules so that I may continue my offering of free web sets
1) My graphics are for use on family friendly sites only.
2) My graphics are for personal homepages or educational, community oriented pages. No commercial or business based sites.(If you have a commercial business and would like to use my graphics, please contact me via e-mail.)
3) Please do not alter or resize the graphics.(With the exception of blank tiles and buttons which you may add your text to)
4) My graphics are not in the public domain. The copyright is held by me, therefore; I require that you give me credit(and link to my site) for the graphics on the same page that you use the graphic. This can ensure that others are aware of the copyright and can find the graphics that you enjoyed.
5) You may use either a text link to Emm's Graphics or the logo that I have provided on each page. Please link to my main page http://evelynmary.net , instead of the page with the set. I occasionally change my pages and a broken link would occur.
6) Some of my pages are not for download. If you particularly like the graphic, contact me for use. On the web sets, you must save the graphics to your computer and upload to your own server.
